The council delivers the highway maintenance service through five local offices around the county.
Contacting the highway team is easy, just telephone our Customer Services Centre on 0345 678 9006, or e.mail customer.service@shropshire.gov.uk, or write to the appropriate local divisional office.

For roads maintained by the Highways Agency please telephone 08457 50 40 30 or email ha_info@highways.gsi.gov.uk, for Telford & Wrekin Council telephone 01952 384000 or email highways@telford.gov.uk, please view the map attached for roads not maintained by Shropshire Council.
