Each year we publish an environmental maintenance plan, three local maintenance plans and a highways maintenance review (previously known as the Highways Maintenance Annual Report).

The documents help us to plan and deliver a cost-effective road maintenance service.

• The Environmental Maintenance Plan gives an overview of the maintenance activities for the present financial year. Budget allocations, planned maintenance works and targets are also provided in this plan.
• The Local Maintenance Plans provide information about the major works planned in each divisional area (north, south and central Shropshire).
• Our performance over the past year is summarised in our Highways Maintenance Review.
• In 2010, we were allocated special funding from DfT for dealing with winter damage. A plan of work supported by this funding is attached to this page.
