Shropshire DIVERT is a new preventative project supporting children and young people to DIVERT them away from offending or anti-social behaviour in Shropshire. It is a new key project for Shropshire Children’s Trust.
DIVERT will be underpinned by the Information Sharing and Assessment (ISA) process to help to prevent young people from “falling through the net” by ensuring they receive the services and support they need.
