ISA activity reports

The ISA team provide a quarterly report which gives information about the use of the ISA process over the previous quarter, along with cumulative information.

The information includes:

• the different agencies that have taken on the role of the lead professional
• how many children/young people and parent/carers attended their TAC meetings
• the number of children/young people where the Team Around the Child determined satisfactory outcomes had been achieved
• how many TAC meetings took place and who attended TAC meetings
• how many Common Assessments were completed and by which agencies
• how many checks to the ISA child index to find out practitioner involvement have been carried out by practitioners

This information is distributed to a wide range of agencies in Shropshire.
