Enable is a supported employment service for people with disabilities in Shropshire. It was started in 1996 as a mental health service and has since expanded to offer a service to people with other disabilities.

We support people with disabilities into employment and work experience as well as providing personal development opportunities, with a specialism in Mental Health and Learning Disability employment.

We are now expanding our services and expertise to offer individually tailored packages for people in Shropshire receiving personal budgets.
