As part of our continuing effort to improve and maintain the service we offer, County Training collects and analyses feedback from our learners using a variety of sources, including:
- written questionnaires
- focus groups
- employer liaison groups
- suggestion boxes and general comments
- listening to our staff
We surveyed learners engaged on a range of different programmes across all of our learning centres to evaluate what impact our service has on their quality of life. Each learner is asked to confidentially complete an anonymous questionnaire at different stages of their programme.

Has your involvement with County Training:
- increased your knowledge, skills or confidence? 88% said Yes
- made you feel more part of the community? 73% said Yes
- increased your sense of physical well-being? 91% said Yes
- increased your sense of mental well-being? 88% said Yes
- enhanced your Employment Prospects? 86% said Yes
