Looking for work is never easy. If you find yourself out of a job or if you’ve had a break from working, finding employment can seem especially daunting, and it can be difficult to know where to turn.
County Training have lots of different initiatives aimed at helping people like you back into work. Our programmes are individually tailored to meet your personal needs focusing on improving your employability and helping you move into work. We provide practical help, training and support that makes your step into employment quicker and easier than doing it alone.
A range of programmes are available to suit your needs. You will work with your own individual Employment Officer who will be your point of contact and will help you prepare for employment by providing you with the exact package of support that you need. This could include:
· Workplace skills and training
· Benefits information
· Assistance with CVs and application forms
· Help overcoming personal hurdles
· How to succeed at interview
We understand that each of you will have different circumstances and a different story to tell, so will therefore require different solutions.
Once you’re in employment we will continue to support you in your new job – We’re with you every step of the way!
County Training have a team of professional, experienced staff waiting to help you. We have strong links with local employers and countywide facilities close to many of Shropshire’s town centres which makes us easy to access no matter where in Shropshire you live.
