Introduction to Routeways
As part of their welfare reform, the government are committed to helping unemployed people gain, retain and move into work. The Routeways Programme, which is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) acts as part of these government plans and is delivered in Shropshire by County Training, in partnership with Jobcentre Plus.
Is it for me?
To be eligible for this programme, you need to be aged 18 or over and not working. Flexible Routeway provides individuals with the personalised one-to-one support, advice and guidance you might need to help overcome barriers to work and progress into sustainable employment.
What's expected of me?
In order for you to make the most of this opportunity, you will need to attend for an agreed number of hours for up to a maximum of 26 weeks.
