Forgotten library PIN
If you have forgotten your PIN number, simply complete our online form and a member of staff will send it to you by email. To complete the form, you now need to be registered to use our new self service system. This new self serve system is intended to make things easier for customers as more and more services are added.
When registering, you will simply need to provide your name, address and email. You will then receive an email to the address you've specified containing a link which you need to click on to confirm your registration. Clicking the link will take you back to the self serve system where you just need to click confirm, at which point you will be presented with service areas that you can access forms for. Libraries will be present with the forgotten pin request form listed.
The next time you need to access this form, you simply need to log in with the details you registered and you will go directly to the available forms.
