Facilities

The library is housed in an attractive Victorian School with adequate parking. To reach it on foot from the High Street walk through St Lawrence's Churchyard and turn left. For a location map, please follow the link to ShropMap.

There are a wide range of facilities including local newspapers and six Peoples Network computers linked to the Internet, with free broadband access. There is a selection of resources on local and family history and you can open or download a guide to these from the link on this page.

Events

A Church Stretton heritage celebration event will be held on Saturday 20 March 2010. Follow the link on this page for further details.

A Reading Group is held in the library on the first Wednesday in the month at 2.15pm and an under-fives story time is held every Friday from 2.15 to 2.45pm.

There are also regular story times, children's activities and reading groups in the town and surrounding villages.
