  • Thank you for finding and sending some information about support for people with dyslexia. What action has been taken. All of the libraries in Shropshire hold a range of material to assist anyone who is dyslexic. Please ask staff for more information.
  • All members of staff have helped us on a daily basis when we have asked for assistance with a wide variety of computer tasks. They are always patient, helpful and friendly. Their input has been indispensable. What action has been taken. People’s network computers are free to use in the library. The BBC is currently running First Click tutorials for computer beginners – come along and try for yourself!
  • You have found so many excellent titles for me and I have really enjoyed reading them. I find them enriching. What action has been taken. Library staff can help you to find new authors to enjoy – please ask and we’ll be happy to help.
  • Thank you very much for finding information and support groups on CRP syndrome for me. I find the library such a useful place. There is always information on current issues, such as the medical information sheets. What action has been taken. As well as books and information about a wide range of medical conditions, the library can help find details of national and local support groups.
  • I’m really pleased with the Bookstart pack. My little boy and I now attend and enjoy coming to Rhymetime. What action has been taken. The nationally funded Bookstart initiative works with libraries to supply book packs, colourful stickers and attendance certificates for all children under the age of five. Market Drayton Library runs fortnightly Rhymetime sessions for babies and toddlers. There are holiday craft activities for older children.
