Request for resources from the School Library Service

Schools that subscribe to the Shropshire School Library Service may request the following resources:

• art matrix packs
• big books
• group read sets
• topic collections
• fiction collections
• videos and DVDs.

If you request a topic collection, you will receive up to 30 items, subject to availability. Books, videos, DVDs, posters, and folders can be included. These items will be loaned for one term.

If you would prefer not to submit your request online you may use a printed form attached to this page. Please print it out and complete with as much information as possible. Then either post it to the School Library Service or take it along to your local library. You may also place an order directly with the School Library Service by telephone.

Data protection statement

Shropshire Council will hold information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will only use it for the purpose of processing your request for resources. It will be retained for a maximum of three years, from the receipt of an application.
