The Shrewsbury Bookfest Book Award 2012

Facilities
Highley Library is located in the Severn Centre, Highley’s leisure and community complex and has a full range of library services, including free Internet access. What's on
Bookstart Rhyme Time
Monthly on a Monday 2.15pm to 2.45pm

Reading Groups
Two reading groups are active in the village at the moment, one meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7pm and the other meets on the first Friday of each month at 11am.
