Library services at Weston Rhyn Post Office

Shropshire County Library Service provides a "Library in a Shop" at the Post Office in Weston Rhyn near Oswestry, with the aim of giving people in rural areas better access to the facilities of the local library and to help local shops provide a wider range of services.

The library, which is part of the North Shropshire Library Area, is open during the normal Post Office hours of business:-

Monday 9.00-1.00, 2.00-5.30
Tuesday 9.00-1.00, 2.00-5.30
Wednesday 9.00-1.00
Thursday 9.00-1.00, 2.00-5.30
Friday 9.00-1.00, 2.00-5.30
Saturday 9.00-12.30

You can choose from a stock of 500 popular paperbacks for both adults and children. Books are issued on your County Library ticket.

The village of Weston Rhyn also receives a weekly visit from the mobile library which is based at Oswestry.
