If you wish to enquire about booking a room at a library in Shropshire please complete a form by following the link on this page to "Library room hire online enquiry form".

If you would prefer not to submit your request online you may use a printed form. It is available as a PDF version and is attached to this page. Please print it out and complete with as much information as possible, then post it to the Shropshire County Library Service (see "Contact" link for the address) or take it along to your local library. Your request will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
