Facilities
The Library at The Lantern offers a wide range of books, DVDs and talking books. Free access to the Internet is available through seven computers. For a location map, please follow the link to ShropMap.
Because the library is located in The Lantern community building you can use it outside normal opening hours, between 10 and 5 on Mondays and Wednesdays. During this time it will be possible to borrow books, renew and return books, and other items, on a self-service basis.

Homework help centre
Free professional guidance for children aged
9 -14 years on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons 3.30 to 5.30. This is now held in a separate IT suite off the foyer. There is access to the internet, free printing and photocopying for homework, along with stationery and craft materials. Pick up a registration form from library staff or call in to see the homework help coordinators.
