Apply to join a library

If you would like to apply to become a member of Shropshire Libraries please follow the link to the online form. This will take you to a separate secure section of the website.

If you would prefer not to apply online you may print a form and either post it to Shropshire Libraries (see 'Contact' link for the address) or take it along to your local library. Copies of the form are attached to this page as PDF files. There are two versions, adult and junior. The junior form is for anyone aged under 16.

Data protection statement

Shropshire Council will use all of the information on the form for delivery and improvement of its library services and will not pass it on to third parties unless legally obliged to do so. The information will be kept for as long as you remain a member of the library.

If you wish to change any of the details in the form or wish to delete your details then please contact libraries@shropshire.gov.uk
