- The computer system does not seem to handle transfers well. Authors produce new books but we do not always seem to receive them. Also some authors seem to stay on the shelves so that we only see part of their output.
- When are we going to open on a Thursday – the promise to has been around for over 15 years now?
- Library staff are all excellent and I am impressed by how they handle all enquiries. They are always polite and helpful and I admire how they react to at least one customer who demands far more attention than any person is entitled to.
- Bridgnorth library is a very important part of my life. The staff are unfailingly kind, polite and helpful and will do their best to either help you find a book or order one for you.I consider that the establishment of free public lending libraries was one of the most enlightened and forward thinking movements of the 19th century. May they not only continue to receive Governmental and popular support, but also may they be able to grow and adapt to meet the changing needs of their users.
- I do not find the computer programme for the library user (catalogue, book availability etc.) easy to use.
- I have used this library for many years and always found the staff to be most helpful.
