If you are a registered childminder you can have a special Childminder's Library Ticket. It helps to bring along something with your name and address on it and have your OFSTED registration number. You can borrow up to 25 books (and up to six story CDs) for 12 weeks at a time. You can introduce the children you look after to the library and borrow books for them to enjoy in your home.
All children and their carers are very important. There is no charge for items lost or damaged by under fives, looked after children or children with additional needs.
You are welcome to feed and change your baby. Noise, tantrums and the need to use the loo are not a problem.

Many libraries run Rhyme times and Story times. All libraries hold exciting holiday activities.
