The holder of a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate can apply to make a minor variation to their licence/certificate. The fee payable in respect of this application is £89.00.

Minor variations will generally fall into four categories:

• minor changes to the structure or layout of a premises;
• small adjustments to licensing hours;
• the removal of out of date, irrelevant or unenforceable conditions or addition of volunteered conditions;
• the addition of certain licensable activities.
