Under the Licensing Act 2003 we are responsible for granting premises licences, club premises certificates, temporary event notices and personal licences in the county of Shropshire in relation to:

• the sale by retail of alcohol
• the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of clubs
• the provision of regulated entertainment
• the provision of late night refreshment.
