Family entertainment at Acton Scott Historic Working Farm
Why not come along to our Grand Days Out on bank holiday Mondays throughout the year.
Bank holiday Mondays throughout the season are different! The farm staff take a break from the usual routine and demonstrations. The daily tasks are replaced with fun and games. Travelling tradesmen will be visiting the farm and visitors can take part in seasonal activities. If you have visited on a regular day in the week you must come back, join in with the fun, and take advantage of a special reduced admission price!
The excellent School House Cafe can provide you with anything from a cup of tea to a sit down hot meal. In addition, light snacks can be bought from visiting local food producers where you can buy food to picnic with, or a treat to take home.
There will be music and entertainment to enjoy, themed quizzes and trails to "have a go" at, games such as skittles and others to test your skills.
With 23 acres to explore, all our animals on site and our shop open (offering gifts, books, traditional craft items and Acton Scott Historic Working Farm-branded goods) there will be plenty to see and do.
