There is a charge of £15 per fortnight to hire out any of the boxes we have available. To order a box, please contact the School Library Service. Further details of specific boxes are attached to this page.
During schools holidays collections are available for use by other groups and organisations.
Where a topic or theme is not covered by our Museum in a Box service or pre-prepared school resources items can be borrowed from our handling collection. This service is available to schools, community groups and other organisations. Loans can be arranged through the our Education Officer and our Museum Curators. We also welcome suggestions for additional loan materials to offer and subjects areas to address.
