There are daily demonstrations giving a flavour of farm life at the turn of the 20th century. The Farm Bailiff and the Bailiff's Wife will be around the farm yard and cottage carrying out everyday tasks and interpreting Victorian farm life.
Each week we have visits from:
- the Blacksmith (Tuesdays)
- the Wheelwright (Wednesdays and Fridays)
- the Farrier (Thursdays)
Throughout the season there are occasional visits from other craft demonstrators including:
- the Bodger at the Pole lathe
- the Stickmaker
- the Basket maker
- the Potter
- the Dairymaid
To avoid disappointment, if you are hoping to see a particular craft demonstration on the day of your visit, please call in advance to check the programme.
