Community Meals can be provided if you are unable to cater for yourself properly. You may be elderly or disabled, or at risk whilst cooking meals.
The meals can only be provided following an assessment made by our Social Work Team. Please follow the link to the Community Meals online form to enquire about Community Meals or to arrange an assessment.
The meal provision may be temporary, for example, after a stay in hospital or a longer more permanent arrangement as part of a long term care package.
