Which car parks operate season tickets (including B&Bs)?
Season tickets can be purchased for the following car parks in Shropshire:

Does a season ticket guarantee me a parking space?
Unfortunately, purchasing a season ticket doesn't guarantee you a parking space within your designated car park. It does however mean that you don't need daily change for the pay machine, and the prices are set at a discount of the normal daily charges.
Where do I display my season ticket?
The season ticket must be displayed clearly in the windscreen of the specified vehicle so that all details can be read from the outside. You'll be provided with a holder for this purpose. A penalty charge notice may be issued if it's not clearly displayed.
Can I copy or update my own season ticket?
No. A penalty charge notice may be issued if the permit is defaced, copied or added to in any way, or if it's clearly not displayed.
How many car registrations per season ticket?
Each season ticket can have one or two car registrations on it, but can only be used in one vehicle at any one time. It must be displayed so that all details on it are clearly visible from the outside of the vehicle. Bed and breakfast season tickets aren't vehicle specific as they're for use by the proprietor's guests.
How do I get a replacement season ticket?
If you lose your season ticket or change your vehicle you'll need to request a replacement. There will be an administration charge of £5, and you can apply using the same application methods as before. If you're surrendering your season ticket because you've changed your vehicle, you'll need to surrender your old ticket when applying for a new one. This charge also applies to bed and breakfasts should any details need to be changed on the permits.

Can I get a refund on my season ticket?
If you move out of the area or have a change of circumstance you may be entitled to a refund, depending on how long you have left on your season ticket. Refunds will be made on whole months remaining on the life of the ticket. You'll need to send your season ticket, together with confirmation of your name and where we should send the refund, to:

If you purchased your permit by credit/debit card, any refund will be made directly into your account.
What do I do if I temporarily have a hire car?
If the vehicle on your season ticket isn't being used (ie in the garage being repaired) or it's been sold and you're going to be using a hire vehicle for a period of time, you can add the hire vehicle to your season ticket. To do this you'll need to go to one of our face-to-face points with a copy of your hire agreement showing the vehicle details, and confirming that it's on hire to you. There's no charge at this stage if you supply the hire agreement.
When you return the hire car and start to use your own vehicle again, or a new vehicle has been purchased, you need to return to a face-to-face point to amend your season ticket again, and at this stage you'll be charged the £5 administration fee for this service.
