You can use this form if your child:
- was born between 01/09/2007 and 31/08/2008 and will start school in the school year beginning September 2012
- is currently in Year 2 at infant school and will transfer to junior school in September 2012
- or is currently in Year 6 and will transfer to secondary school in September 2012.
- You must also be a Shropshire Council resident or
- be applying either from overseas, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
If you wish to change your child's school and they are not in the above age groups the online facility is not available to you. Please follow the link on this page, changing your child's school for further details.

Important information regarding Wakeman School
Shropshire Council’s Cabinet has made the decision to close Wakeman School in July 2013. This decision means that the school will not be receiving Year 7 pupils in the autumn term 2012.
