Formulated Scheme for In-Year Admission Arrangements for 2010/2011
The School Admissions Code, which came into force in February 2009, required each Local Authority (LA) to determine a scheme for the co-ordination of in-year admissions, for places other than at the normal age of entry in English LA schools, including all voluntary aided, foundation, trust and academy schools. In relation to the academic year 2010-11, the arrangements for co-ordinating these applications has been formulated and is attached.
