If you wish to change your child's school from one to another you must complete a mid-term/in-year application form.
Who to apply to for a school place
If you live in Shropshire, all applications for school places must be made to Shropshire Council, even if the school you are applying for is outside of Shropshire. The School Admissions Team will liaise with other local authorities to find out whether or not a place is available. See under 'Related information' for further details.
If you are moving to Shropshire from another English local authority and want to apply for a Shropshire school, unless you have exchanged contracts on a house purchase or signed a rental agreement, your application will have to be submitted to the authority governing the area in which you currently live.
If you are applying from overseas, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland for a Shropshire school, please complete Shropshire Council's application form.
Unfortunately, you cannot currently do this online. You can download Shropshire Council's mid term/in year application form from this webpage, under Online services and downloads or request a paper copy directly from a Shropshire maintained school.
