Education and learning Special educational needs Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Section five of the toolkit issued with the new Special Educational Needs (SEN) Code of Practice advises on the management of IEPs.
The attached pack is designed to build on the guidance in the toolkit in order to provide additional support when writing IEPs. It contains blank proformas for IEPs for early years, primary and secondary aged pupils, some generic guidance and also exemplars for a range of special educational needs within the different age groups.
The exemplars can also be used as a means of evaluating the extent to which the content of your current IEPs meet. It is attached in both PDF format, as well as an editable word file.
