Social care charges

You may be eligible to receive day care services at home, or residential and nursing care arranged or provided directly by Community Services.

You will receive an assessment of your care needs which can be arranged by contacting your local Social Care team or hospital social worker.

The amount of money you contribute to the cost of these services will be subject to completion of a simple declaration of resources form.
