Shropshire Council welcomes feedback from you. It’s your feedback that helps us to improve the way we do things and learn from where things have gone wrong.
Comments – we want to hear your suggestions and ideas about our services.
Complaints – if you are unhappy with something we have done you can complain. We want to provide a good quality service and if things go wrong we need to know so that we can put them right.
Compliments – tell us when you think a council employee or service has done well.
How to give us feedback
We value your feedback and want to let you know how we will deal with the issue. However, if you choose to remain anonymous we cannot do this. You can give us feedback via any method in the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Other types of feedback
For some complaints, such as complaints about councillors, landlords, or schools and colleges, there are special procedures. If these apply to your complaint we will let you know.
