Do you want to hire a room at Shirehall?

There are several rooms at the Shirehall that groups and organisations can book for meetings. The rooms can accommodate from 32 to 150 people depending on how the furniture in them is laid out. Further details of room size, price of hire and layout can be found in the attachments on this page.

All the rooms have a hearing loop if required and the rooms can be accessed by lift.

Equipment can be hired for use at your meeting. This should be booked prior to the meeting and a charge will be made for using it. For information about what is available and the price for hiring it, see the attachment on this page.

What happens next?

We aim to respond to enquiries within 2 working days of receiving a request. We will let you know whether there is a suitable room free and whether your booking has been made.
