Council and democracy Press releases Christmas Cheer at The Gateway
Christmas Festivities are set to begin with a Carol Concert at the Gateway Education and Arts Centre in Shrewsbury.
On Monday 10 December from 12.30pm to 1.30pm the Halfway House Male Voice Choir will entertain people with a selection of traditional carols, to help with the Christmas spirit there will be complimentary mince pies and mulled wine.
Elaine Powers, from Shropshire County Council’s Adult and Community Learning service said “This is always a popular event so be sure not to miss it. There will be a retiring collection in aid of Local Charities. Admission is free and all are welcome”
