An opportunity to see and buy a range of soft furnishings produced by service users from an Oswestry social care centre will take place at the Memorial Hall, Red Square on Wednesday 15 August.

Patchworks in Oswestry will be displaying a range of products including duvets, throws and cushions, all of which are handmade, at the Memorial Hall, Red Square in Oswestry between 10.00am and 2.00pm.

The unit, based at Radfords Fields, Maesbury Road is operated by Shropshire County Council and provides employment and work experience for adults with learning disabilities.

Phil Day, Locality Manager at Patchworks said: “We will be selling a wide range of products including bags and aprons as well as soft furnishings. At Patchworks we are dedicated in providing people with the skills and confidence and help to provide a value for money service for the community.”
