Better Care Higher Standards Charter

Shropshire’s Better Care Higher Standards Charter contains information about what health and social care services are available locally and how to access them. It also identifies standards of care that you can expect to receive from the relevant local organisations, if it has been agreed that you need these services.

The charter is based on Government guidelines and also the views of the local community in Shropshire. We will monitor and report on our progress towards meeting the standards identified every year.
