Fitness Classes
We hold a variety of fitness classes each week including aerobics, aqua aerobics, pilates and circuits. For more information please download the attachment at the bottom of this page.
Aspire Fitness Suite
The Aspire Fitness Suite at Bridgnorth Leisure Centre is equipped with the latest brand new Technogym equipment. The room has air conditioning, plasma TV screens, CD and radio players.
Inductions
The Induction includes:
- explanation of aerobic and anaerobic exercise
- demonstration of all equipment
- free practice work out
- an individual programme
To reserve your induction contact reception on 01746 761541. (Payment is required at the time of booking).
Once you have completed an induction there is no need to book - simply turn up and enjoy our fully air conditioned suite.
Membership Packages
The Membership package for Bridgnorth Leisure Centre includes unlimited use, during public sessions, of: casual swimming, fitness suite (following induction) as well as fitness & exercise classes.

As part of these new packages we are also making a price promise as a massive thank you to all our customers. Our commitment is to never increase the price of your membership until you decide to cancel your direct debit.
As long as you maintain your regular direct debit payments you will continue to pay the same amount that you originally signed up to*.

Birthday parties
For a worry-free party, why not book Bridgnorth Sports and Leisure Centre?
We offer a range of sports, swimming and games parties every weekend between 12.00 and 6.00pm.
Available parties include:
- sports games party
- bouncy castle party
- disco party with or without a DJ
- swimming with or without inflatable party
- swimming with or without inflatable, and our brand new Olympic giant inflatable party
We can even provide hot and cold food, ice cream and drinks.
All you need to do is tell us what you want, when you want it and we'll do the rest!
Full payment is required within seven days of your provisional booking being made.

Bookings
BeActive members can book online at Bridgnorth Leisure Centre for a range of activities and up to 7 days in advance. Contact the centre for your login details.
BeActive members may also make telephone bookings from 9am each day up to 7 days in advance. Non-members can book up to 3 days in advance.
Please note that at least 48 hours notice of cancellation of casual bookings is required.
Block bookings
If you would like to book the same facility at the same time every week, you can make a block booking and avoid the need to contact us each week.
A block booking form can be downloaded from the online services and attachments section on this page. Once completed, return it to the centre marked for the attention of the manager.
Parking
Parking is not permitted on site during the school day. Parking is available a short walk from the centre. At all other times there are spaces for up to 90 vehicles on site.
