Reccy Rangers - A Mobile Play Facility
Provides a wide range of activities including art, sport, games, play and nature equipment for children and young people to freely play with and explore.
Open access fun activities for children between 5 and 13 years of age. (Children under eight years of age must be accompanied by an adult), brought to you by the Play Development Team.
The focus is on child-initiated ‘free play’, although supervisory staff are always on hand to assist and provide more structured activities as and when requested.
We use a mixture of indoor and outdoor venues such as community centres, schools, village halls, parks and playing fields around the county.
Sessions last no longer than two hours, and a wide selection of equipment is available for use for a variety of play, multi-activities and arts and crafts.

Roller Skating
An opportunity for children aged 7 - 13 years old to get skates on and skate around to the latest tunes.
Two-hour sessions are normally run during school holiday periods. Skates are available to hire, or children can bring their own.
Cost
£3.00 per child with skate hire and £2.00 per child without.
Splodger and Splatter
A creative and messy activity roadshow, offering a chance to get messy and explore a variety of materials such as paint, pasta, play dough, sand, water and lots more!
Who can attend?
Sessions are open to children aged 18 months to 5 years, and their parents and carers.
Cost
Session costs £2 per child.
Sessions are held at various village hall locations around Shropshire in blocks of 3 – 4 weeks.

Community groups can now access this scheme which will be held in your own venue and tailored to suit the group's individual needs.

Tot-Tastics
Mini-gym and active play session for children aged 18 months to 5 years. There is a whole range of equipment for children to use to boost confidence and increase physical development in a fun and relaxed way.
Cost
Session costs £2 for each child. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
When is Tot-Tastics on?
Classes are held during term-time only.
