We regularly inspect livestock at slaughterhouses, and liaise with the Official Veterinarian, to ensure the highest possible standards of animal welfare and traceability.

From 1 January 2010, Food Chain Information (FCI) declarations are required for all cattle, goat, sheep and pigs submitted for slaughter.
