If your National Bus Pass is due to expire this year, you will need to apply for a new bus pass.
Renewals are free but you must apply in the month shown in the table below so that we can get your new card back to you in time.

How can I renew my pass?
You can renew your bus pass by completing the renewal form which is available by printing the form below.
You can drop the completed form into a Council office or Customer Service Point or post the form back to us and we will do the rest.
If you can't print the attached form, paper copies of the renewal form are available from your local library, Council office or Customer Service Point.
