Listed below are details of some recent public consultations.
- A number of consultations on Safer Routes to School schemes have recently taken place. These include proposals for schemes at Oxon Primary School and Meole Brace School Science College. Follow the link to Safer Routes to School to find out more about these schemes.
- Newport Road Albrighton, proposals for speed reduction - Shropshire County Council is keen to encourage more walking and cycling between Cosford and Albrighton. To view the proposals to extend the National Cycle Network Route 81 and reduce the speed limit through Albrighton follow the link on this page.
- Enhancements to rural bus services - in August 2007 we consulted local people on possible enhancements to rural bus services. Please follow the link on this page to find out more.
- Cleobury Mortimer town centre enhancement scheme - In August 2007 we consulted on proposed enhancements to Cleobury Mortimer including a zebra crossing. Follow the link on this page to see the results of the consultation.
- Village speed limit policy - Shropshire County Council consulted on a draft village speed limit policy in summer 2007. The policy was adopted by Council on 28 September 2007 and can be viewed by following the link on this page.
