Who do I make a complaint to regarding a bus service?
A. For bus services subsidised by Shropshire Council these issues are investigated by the compliance team within Passenger Transport Services. For commercially operated services (i.e. operated without subsidy) complaints should be referred direct to the operator concerned or to the traffic commissioner who is the regulating body.
Who maintains bus shelters across the county?
A. Maintenance and cleaning of bus shelters remains the responsibility of the respective Town or Parish Council.
I've lost my buss pass - who do I contact?
A. Shropshire Council will replace bus passes free of charge in the first instance. Go in to any customer service
