The Children and Young People’s Service is looking to appoint a worker who will carry out reviews of care packages to ensure effective allocation of resources to disabled children and their families.

In addition to working closely with children, families, and professionals, the applicant will have a knowledge of outcomes, be objective in their approach, and keep up-to-date with regard to national and local agendas.
