You will possess: •Demonstrable experience of football/sports development or similar activity •An understanding of football development initiatives introduced by The Football Association. •An understanding of the role and responsibilities of a County Football Association

This position will be within the Shropshire Football Association’s successful and highly regarded Development Team reporting to the County Football Development Manager. We offer a Casual car user allowance/flexible working conditions with the opportunity for personal development/access to FA/Shropshire Council training programmes.
