Music Curriculum Support Teacher - part-time

Shropshire Music Service is currently seeking new music teachers as follows:

Music Curriculum Support Teachers:

Peripatetic classroom music teachers with energy and vision are required for part-time work in schools as part of the Shropshire Music Service team.

You will be expected to provide music teaching at KS1 and KS2 in line with current National Curriculum requirements.

The team also provides support for school ensembles (e.g. KS2 orchestras and choirs and other ensembles according to strengths of the applicant). There is also an opportunity to contribute to the overall ensemble opportunities provided by the service as orchestral/band/choir directors according to applicant’s strengths.

Expectations are that successful applicants will have experience and credibility as primary music teachers.
