A new opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to deliver Managing Actual and Potential Aggression training to workers across the Social Care & Health sector in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
You will work within Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin’s policy to support the implementation of the training programme in line with National Policy and legislation. This work extends across partner agencies including the independent and voluntary sector. You will understand the Government Guidance regarding Management of Actual or Potential Aggression, Restrictive Physical Interventions. The posts ensure that learning and development opportunities support national service frameworks, the modernisation and changing working practices agenda for health and social care and the development of future skills mixes.
You will have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin/Customer Service or equivalent or GCSE Grade A - C English and Maths and experience in a busy office environment.
You will provide administrative support to the team providing Joint Training for Adult Community and Health Services this includes support for a range of learning and development activities. This involves contact with members of the public, partners and other external organisations. You will also undertake a range of general office duties.
