Interested in supporting children & young people in Shropshire?

“Connect” is a new inclusion service run by Barnardo’s Shropshire Project in partnership with Shropshire Council. The service provides short term support for children and young people with disabilities or additional needs to enable them to enjoy leisure and recreational activities.

We are looking for volunteers who:

• Have some experience of supporting children & young people,
• Have their own transport,
• Can offer a regular (preferably weekly) commitment, mainly in the evenings or at weekends,
• Can commit until April 2012.
