Vocational Training
Vocational Qualifications are qualifications which demonstrate competence at work. The training is mainly on the job and assessment recognises an individual's performance at work with a nationally recognised qualification.
The majority of the training couses outlined can be achieved as part of an Apprenticeship or as a stand alone Award, Certificate or Diploma as part of the Qualification Credit Framework (QCF).
County Training has vast experience in delivering these qualifications, and our programmes are fully accredited by national awarding bodies.
From April 2013, learner's aged 24 plus, working towards qualifications at level 3 and above (including Advanced and Higher Apprenticeships) will be able to apply for Further Education loans to support the cost of learning & training.
