A one-way system operates at the site, with a separate entrance and exit.
Entering the site, storage for hazardous materials and the recycling banks are on the left, whilst skips for non-recyclable waste, garden waste cardboard and scrap metal are ahead. These are at a lower level behind safety barriers. Vehicles should be reversed up to use this area.
As the walkway in front of the skips is quite narrow, additional safety barriers are now in place. These can be moved by site staff on request.
If you have asbestos or hazardous materials to dispose of, please ask a site attendant for assistance.
There are no areas where waste such as soil and rubble, or garden materials can be tipped on the ground.
Whilst staff will offer to help to unload and deposit waste where practical, they must follow health and safety rules and they cannot lift items which are too heavy. Assistance in unloading loose waste cannot be guaranteed.
As you leave, watch out for traffic from the right.
