Ludlow's Amenity Skip and Recycling Centre is located off Sheet Road, near to the A49 by-pass, at:

How to find it
To find and locate the Coder Road centre on a map, follow the link to ShropMap. To view the location of the centre, select 'zoom in' at the bottom of the screen on ShropMap and then click on the appropriate orange square on the map.
For driving directions, we recommend the travel planner on the AA website. Follow the link below, then simply enter your postcode and the postcode of the centre - SY8 1XE.
When is it open?
The Coder Road centre is open Tuesday to Friday from 12 noon to 8 pm. The site is closed on public holidays.
From Saturday 15 November the centre will open from 8am to 1pm every Saturday morning on a trial basis. Access on a Saturday will be for cars only.
What can be recycled at Coder Road?
Residents may deposit the following household materials:
- glass bottles and jars
- garden waste
- newspapers and magazines
- food and drink cans
- scrap metal
- textiles and shoes
- fluorescent tubes
- books
- fridges/freezers
- bulky household waste
The centre does not accept any waste from businesses, or waste carried for profit.
Entry permits
From 1 December anyone taking waste to the Coder Road site from Tuesday to Friday in a van, trailer or commercial vehicle will need to first apply for a permit. You can apply online, by visiting the 'entry permits' page, or can call Shropshire Waste Partnership on 0845 678 9009.
